Master the solid background removal tool and learn to manage tolerance (Fuzz) for a perfect result.
Removing an image background is essential for e-commerce and design. But poor clipping (aliased edges, residual pixels) discredits your work.
**Understanding Tolerance (Fuzz)**: Our tool uses colorimetric analysis. The 'Fuzz' setting (in %) determines how much colors close to your target should be removed. A Fuzz of 10% will only remove pure white. A Fuzz of 30% will include very light grays and faint shadows.
**The Green Screen Secret**: Like in the movies, use contrasting backgrounds. If your object is dark, a white background is ideal. If your object contains white, use a green or blue background.
**Post-processing**: After removal, always convert the result to PNG or WebP to maintain transparency (the alpha channel). Since JPG format doesn't support transparency, it would replace your removed background with black or white.
