Are my files stored on your servers?
No. Unlike other services, PulsConv applies a 'Zero Storage' policy. Your files are processed in RAM and deleted immediately after processing. No copies are kept.
Is the service GDPR compliant?
Yes, completely. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. Since we do not collect any personal data and do not store your files, PulsConv is one of the most secure tools in the world for processing sensitive documents.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are exclusively located in France. This is what we call Sovereign Hosting, guaranteeing that your data flows remain under French and European jurisdiction, with a maximum level of security.
Is there a size limit for files?
The current limit is 200 MB per file. This allows us to guarantee ultra-fast conversion speeds using our optimized libvips and FFmpeg engines.
What file formats can I convert?
We support over 100 formats. This includes images (PNG, JPG, WebP, AVIF, HEIC, RAW), documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), audio/video files and archives (ZIP, 7z, TAR).
