PulsConv service usage contract. By using our platform, you fully accept these terms.
1. Service Acceptance
PulsConv provides online file processing tools free of charge and without registration. The service is intended for legitimate personal or professional use. Access to the site implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.

The service is provided "as is". PulsConv does not guarantee 100% availability or perfect accuracy for complex conversions. We disclaim any liability for loss of files after their automatic deletion.
4. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute and failing amicable settlement, the competent courts will be those under the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
5. LCEN Compliance
In accordance with the French Law on Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004), PulsConv is a service of PulsConv SAS. The site publisher is responsible for the content it publishes. As a technical host, we apply a rapid removal procedure in case of reporting of illegal content (Articles 6.I.2 and 6.I.3 of the LCEN).
6. Data Protection (GDPR)
The PulsConv service is designed to minimize the collection of personal data. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (No. 78-17 as amended), your files are processed in memory without persistence. 7. Consumer Code
As the service is free and without commitment, the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to the right of withdrawal (L.221-18) do not apply. In the event of future paid advertising or offers, the legal notices provided for in Articles L.111-1 et seq. will be respected.
8. Intellectual Property & Copyright
You retain all rights to the files you upload. PulsConv claims no ownership of your content. By using the service, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights or have obtained the required authorizations. Any infringement, reproduction or unauthorized distribution of third-party content engages your liability (Articles L.122-4 and L.335-3 of the Intellectual Property Code).
9. Hosting & Technical Liability
PulsConv operates as a technical hosting provider within the meaning of Article 6.I.2 of the LCEN. Our liability is limited to obligations to retain connection data and cooperate with competent authorities in case of judicial request. We do not moderate user-transmitted content a priori.
10. Mediation & Complaints
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, in case of dispute, you may use the consumer mediator free of charge. PulsConv undertakes to facilitate the amicable settlement of disputes. For any complaint: support@pulsconv.com. The competent mediator will be provided on request.
11. Availability & Maintenance
PulsConv strives to ensure optimal service availability. Interruptions for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control may occur. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages (data loss, loss of profit) resulting from temporary unavailability.
12. Modifications to the Terms
PulsConv reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes by publication on this page. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. The version in force is that published on the date of last update.
